Terms

The short version

I build you a website and look after your Google listing. You pay the build fee and the monthly. Everything's in your name, there's no contract, and you can leave any time by text. No catch.

What you pay

• The Get-Found: £99 one-off to set up, then £25/mo to manage your Google Business Profile.
• The Standard: £199 to build (split £79 to start and £120 when your site goes live), then £39/mo for hosting, your managed Google listing, small edits and a monthly leads report.
• The Showpiece: a bespoke build, a flat £499, then £49/mo. Priced up front before any work starts.

Build and setup fees are paid by card. The monthly is paid by Direct Debit. Small edits means up to about half an hour a month; bigger jobs are quoted first. Prices include what's listed. No hidden setup fees.

It's yours

The domain is registered in your name, the website files are yours, and the Google listing lives in your Google account. You own all of it.

Leaving

No contract and no minimum term. Cancel any time by text. No notice period and no exit fee. I'll hand over your domain login and site files so you can carry on elsewhere or on your own.

What I'll do

I'll keep your site online, make the small edits covered by your plan, and look after your Google listing. I'll reply to texts as quick as I reasonably can, usually the same day.

What I can't promise

I can't promise rankings, "page one of Google" or a set number of leads. Nobody honest can. I manage your listing properly so you've the best chance of being found, but search results are Google's call, not mine.
